All outputs are the result of applying user-defined hypothetical rules to historical price data, or of monitoring live price action against criteria you have configured yourself. They are analytical in nature and intended solely as a research aid for self-directed users.
IOTSIM's alert and detection features exist solely to notify you when price action on your chart aligns with technical criteria you have configured yourself. An alert is a notification that your criteria have been met. It is not a recommendation, instruction, signal, prediction, or suggestion that you should take any action — including entering, exiting, sizing, hedging, or managing a trade.
Labels used within the Product such as "Entry," "Stop Loss," "Take Profit," "TP1 Hit," "TSL Update," "Detected," "Setup," "Trade," "Long," and "Short" are technical descriptors referring to points and states within a user-defined simulation model. They do not constitute instructions to enter, exit, or manage any position in a live market.
Default input values, example configurations, tutorial content, marketing material, and screenshots are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only. They are not recommended settings, optimal settings, or settings we suggest you trade.
Past simulated performance is not indicative of future results.
Backtest and simulation results presented within IOTSIM are based on historical data. Historical data cannot account for future market conditions, regime changes, liquidity shifts, volatility changes, or structural market evolution. A configuration that produced a profitable Profit Factor over a historical lookback period provides no guarantee of profitability in live trading conditions.

Latency, missed bars, repainting on unconfirmed bars, TradingView platform behaviour, broker API behaviour, and network conditions are outside our control. We provide no warranty, support, or guarantee regarding the suitability of IOTSIM alerts for automated execution.
IOTSIM is licensed for your own private research and personal trading only. You may not represent, market, redistribute, resell, or hold out IOTSIM outputs — including alerts, simulated results, statistical summaries, screenshots, or recordings — as trading signals, investment recommendations, managed-account services, or guaranteed results, whether for a fee or free of charge, and whether to the public, to followers, or to clients.
This includes but is not limited to operating Discord groups, Telegram channels, paid newsletters, signal rooms, "VIP" channels, mentorship programmes, or social-media offerings that derive their value, in whole or in part, from rebroadcasting, mirroring, paraphrasing, or otherwise communicating IOTSIM outputs to other persons.
Breach is a material breach of the Terms and authorises us to terminate your subscription without refund, report you to TradingView, Whop, your broker, and any competent regulator (including, in the UK, the FCA and Action Fraud), and pursue civil and, where applicable, criminal remedies. Operating an unauthorised investment-advice or signal service may also be a criminal offence in your jurisdiction — in the UK, this may engage Sections 19 and 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
