This Return & Refund Policy explains your cancellation and refund rights when you subscribe to IOTSIM ("the Product"), licensed by Reggie_W, trading as IOTSIM ("we", "us", "our") and distributed via Whop.com.
This policy is supplemental to and forms part of the IOTSIM Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail.
You will not be charged during the trial period.
The trial gives you full access to the Software so you can evaluate whether it suits your needs before any payment is taken. We strongly encourage you to use the trial fully — read the documentation, configure the indicator to your preferences, run simulations, and test alert behaviour on your usual instruments and timeframes.
If at any point during the trial you decide IOTSIM is not for you, simply cancel via your Whop dashboard. No charge will be made.
If you are a consumer ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance-purchased digital service within 14 days of entering the contract — under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the Consumer Rights Directive (EU).
Our 14-day free trial is designed to coincide with and fulfil this statutory cancellation period. Because no payment is taken during the trial, cancelling within the trial period is the simplest and complete exercise of your statutory cancellation right — no refund is required because no money has changed hands.
If, in any future plan, the trial period is shorter than 14 days or unavailable, your statutory cancellation rights under the above regulations remain unaffected and we will honour them in full.
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.
Once your free trial ends and your first paid billing period begins, all subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law (such as the statutory rights described in Section 2 or where we have materially failed to provide the Product).
This applies to all plans (monthly, quarterly, annual, Founding Annual, Early Adopter Annual, Early Adopter Quarterly, and any future plan). It applies regardless of:
We do not pro-rate, partially refund, or credit unused portions of a billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Whop dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Product until that period ends, and you will not be billed thereafter.
To cancel during your free trial without charge, you must do so before the trial period ends. We will not retroactively cancel a trial after the first paid billing cycle has begun, and the no-refund rule in Section 3 applies from that point.
If you encounter any technical difficulty cancelling via Whop, contact support@iotsimalgo.com before the end of your billing or trial period and we will assist promptly.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer in respect of a charge that is non-refundable under this policy, we reserve the right to:
We strongly prefer to resolve any concerns directly. If something has gone wrong, please contact support@iotsimalgo.com before contacting your bank.
We are not obliged to issue refunds outside the circumstances set out in this policy. If you believe you have a genuine and exceptional case — for example, a confirmed billing error on our or Whop's part, or a documented and prolonged failure of the Product caused by us — please contact support@iotsimalgo.com with full details. Any refund granted on a goodwill basis is at our sole discretion and does not create a precedent or alter this policy.
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email or Whop dashboard notifications. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. The policy in force at the time of your subscription start (or most recent renewal) applies to that billing period.
This policy is governed by the laws of England & Wales, as set out in Section 14 of the Terms & Conditions. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of UK and EEA residents are unaffected.
